Do you offer Online Banking? 
Yes, we have UMe Online Banking - FREE - which allows you to access your UMe accounts 24/7.

How can I reset my Online Banking password? (I’m locked out!) 
Give us a call at 818)238.2900 and we’ll give you a temporary password which you will need to change when you log in. (For your security, the temporary password we assign you is good until midnight of the day it is assigned.)

Can I pay my bills through
Online Banking?
Yes, we have UMe BillPay - FREE - which allows you to pay your bills through Online Banking without incurring a fee, writing a check
or having to put a stamp on anything.
 

How does BillPay send
my bill payment?
There are two ways… 
(1) If your bill payee accepts electronic payments, we will send the payment electronically. This method takes about 1-3 days to deliver.
(2) If your bill payee does not accept electronic payments, we will send them a Credit Union check. This method takes about 5-7 business days to deliver.

How will I know when my BillPay payment has cleared?
There are two ways… 
(1) If the payment was sent electronically, you will be able to see the “sent date” on your BillPay history. However, you will need to contact the payee, directly, to determine the date that they processed the payment.
(2) If the payment was sent by Credit Union check, you will be able to see the date that the check cleared in your BillPay history.

How can I get a copy
of a check?
Login to Online Banking, find the check in your history and click on the check number. The check image will appear and you can print it.

Can I deposit checks into my UMe account with my smartphone?
Yes, indeed - using our UMe Mobile Banking app! All you need to do is download the UMe Mobile app from the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play store (Android) and be enrolled in UMe Online Banking. 

What is Mobile Banking?
Our Mobile Banking app provides quick, secure account access from your mobile phone using our mobile app for iphones and android phones, making it easy to view your account balances, check your transaction history, transfer money between your accounts, and locate the nearest surcharge-free ATM - 24/7! With our mobile app, you can, also, make check deposits right from your phone

How do I use Mobile Banking?
It’s simple. Just download the mobile app from the Apple iTunes Store or the Android Play Store from your smartphone, click the login tab and enter your existing Online Banking User ID & Password. It's that easy!

Can I transfer money to
another UMe member?
Yes, you sure can! You can transfer money via mobile banking and online banking - or by calling our call center.

Can I go into another credit union and do a transaction?
No. However, UMe is part of the CO-OP Network®… so, you can make deposits to your UMe account at 9,000 ATMs across the United States and Canada and get cash at nearly 30,000 surcharge-free ATMs, including locations at popular retailers such as 7-Eleven®, Costco® and Walgreens.

Does UMe integrate with Mint.com? 
Yes, we sure do!

Does UMe integrate with Quicken? 
Yes, we sure do! 

Does UMe integrate 

with QuickBooks? 
No, at this time we do not. 

What’s the difference between a credit union and a bank?  
Different than a bank, our customers are “members,” meaning that when you do business with UMe, you’re a part-owner. Credit unions are not-for-profit. That’s a great thing because profits that are made by UMe directly benefit our membership. This translates into higher savings rates, better loan rates and lower fees to you.

What do I need to join the
Credit Union?
 
As long as you live, work, worship, belong to an organization or attend school in Burbank you are eligible to join UMe credit union. (Or, you can make a $10 donation to the Burbank Education Foundation, which makes you eligible to join.) There’s a $5 joining fee and a $5 minimum deposit in your UMe savings account. And, you’ll need a current, valid Driver's License, State ID or U.S. Passport. (If your form of ID does not list your current address, we’ll need you to provide a utility bill that verifies your current residence.)
